O'Reilly Auto Parts

We were on our way to Miami to catch a cruise and camped overnight. When we woke up we had a dead battery, was able to jump it off (finally). We made it to oreillys and Sabrina help to get us set started again with a new battery ! Thank you for your kindness and professional help. You are appreciated !!!!

Great place to get parts for your car truck lawnmowers ect. Great help from the employees. They helped when I walked in the door. I had just walked out of auto zone because the employees just look at you and don't even acknowledge your presence.

I visited this location yesterday and received very poor customer service. The employee did not want to help me and told me to "go to a mechanic" instead of simply assisting me. He had a bad attitude, no willingness to help, and made the experience very uncomfortable, I ended up going to Advance Auto Parts next door where they treated me with respect and solved my issue in minutes. O'Reilly really needs to work on customer service at this location.

Sabrina was extremely helpful with testing my battery and replacing it. Great and easy service, my new go to stop for car parts.

Great crew the awesome woman who helped me find the correct oil filter for my tractor yup my tractor advance auto just told me we don't have tractor oil filters didn't attempt to cross reference. Thanks orielys up n running with nice clean oil
