O'Reilly Auto Parts

I came in for a problem with my car. The guy that I got unlucky enough to have help me was James. From the moment I walked in it was miserable. I’ve never had someone be rude to me at all at any O’Reilly. Let alone as rude as he was. Any question I asked he would have a smart answer. I’m not a mechanic go ask a mechanic. I thought asking someone that works at a parts store would be able to answer a question about a car part but I was wrong. If your in okeechobee your better off going to advanced or autozone which I never recommend.

Stopped to pickup a headlight and the lady working there offered to put it in for me. She was very kind and patient she had a hard time getting it to go in. But she kept trying until she got it in. Very polite employee. Will definitely go back.

I, like a meathead, accidentally ripped my windshield wiper off while cleaning my windshield at a nearby gas station. My wife and I were on a road trip and it had to be replaced immediately. We stopped at this O’Reilly location to buy/replace my wipers and my man Leo couldn’t have been more helpful/kind. I’m more than capable of replacing them myself, however, Leo politely followed my wife and I to my truck and helped anyway. If I could leave six stars, I would. Excellent service, Leo. Thank you for the help!

I was just working in the area but I have found, in the past, that they usually have better prices than other parts stores

Great place to get your car parts. They are helpful and I have never had any issues like I have had at other auto part stores that were not O'Reilly stores.
