I needed a new battery, and went to O'Reilly. I was told my battery needed a scan to reset it once it was replaced. O'Reilly had the battery, and Aaron was able to do that for me on my lunch. Saving me the time I'd spend taking it to a shop to do it. I truly appreciate him, and this store. Thank you very much!

He’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful—whether it’s finding the right part or offering clear advice, Arron takes the time to ensure every customer feels supported and informed. The rest of the staff are courteous and efficient, adding to a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. The store itself is always clean and well-organized, which makes finding what you need a breeze. And the prices? Fair and competitive, which is a huge plus. I went to O'Reillys to get three new windshield wipers for my Equinox. One of the employees broke my rear wiper arm while trying to the new blade on. The staff was very apologetic and ordered a new arm. When I came back, they had ordered the wrong arm. Aaron Weise promised to make it right and did. He not only ordered the correct arm, he met me at the store to put it on when it came in... and did that while he was on vacation, no less. THAT's customer service! Thank you, Aaron.

I had an excellent experience at O’Reilly, thanks to Manager Stephen. He was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my visit. Not only did he provide detailed advice on the products I needed, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Stephen demonstrated a deep knowledge of the store’s inventory and was patient in answering all my questions. His friendly and positive attitude made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this location, knowing that the service is in such capable hands.
