On vacation our AC stopped working as going thru O'Neil the day after the 4th . All repair shops closed. We stopped at O'Reilly's, Boyd and his employee called a hometown mechanic and he came and got it to working again. O'Reilly's in O'Neil was the best. So helpful, friendly, highly recommend them. Only in Nebraska, the good Life. Thank you

Had the employee replace wiper blades. (was ASSURED the book said those were the CORRECT ONES for my make and model year) When I turned them on they met in the middle and bent one in half. Had them order a locking gas cap for same vehicle. Was told "It will be here tomorrow.". It was FRIDAY AFTERNOON) It dit not arrive. (I was told it was ordered from MINNEAPOLIS and won't be here until Tuesday)... I get things don't ALWAYS work but come on...

Had some broken wheel studs on our vehicle. Spencer, Josh, and Branden went out of their way to help us out. Great service!

We had filter cap o ring failure on a Sunday, and they were open. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They loaned me the necessary tools so I could make the repairs.
