O'Reilly Auto Parts

I was having battery issues, and a young man named Jonny came out and tested my battery, said it showed low voltage and he recommend i should buy a new one. I purchased a new one and he came out and put it in for me. I'm not able to lift it or have the knowledge to replace them, so i'm very thankful for this young man's help. He was very polite. I will definitley come back to this store and will recommend it to my friends.

11/11/25 Christine was a tremendous help. I needed to have my battery checked and replaced. Unfortunately Ive got Parkinsons and unable to replace it on my own. She was awesome at getting it done. In all the years the store has been here in Oneonta I've never had a single trip there that I wasn't pleased with the customer service. Great people, doing a great job, with great attitudes. Cant expect anymore than that.

These are some of the most helpful people! This is my go to store because they never hesitate to help a girl out finding what I need! Excellent customer service!

It’s not Viable to buy parts from the parts store anymore, then increase the price X2 and then you don’t have all the pieces with the part. Paid $60 for a $30 master cylinder that didn’t even come with the fitting or the snap pin. How are these places still open? How are people not boycotting these places?
