I stopped in for a crush gasket for an oil drain plug, and the employee behind the counter was very helpful and made sure I got the exact part I needed. He couldn’t find it at first but continued searching until he found it. I was impressed at the effort he put for a part costing $1.50.

Place is a joke what ever happened to customers come first? I went in there was one person in front of me he asked what i needed i said i needed them to scan my car. While im waititng theres 3 other employess that all just continued on stocking the shelves. I gave them a few minutes went outside came back in and they still never stopped to help thatll be the last time i go there..

I had never been to O'Reilly before yesterday, but I am thoroughly impressed. I stopped in to get my battery checked after a jump start. They were fairly busy, but I only waited a few minutes before a friendly gentleman waited on me, then checked my battery. I needed a new one, of course! My fault. He was able to show me my battery choices with accurate pricing without delay and long story short, I paid, my new battery was installed, and I was back on the road in about 15 minutes. I regret not getting the gentleman's name, but he was courteous, friendly, able, and efficient. A combination we don't often see in the world these days. I also found the price to be more than fair. They did not charge for the installation, and I paid a lot more for a battery at a local garage over six years ago!

2 people behind the counter helping 1 customer. I waited. Finally made eye contact and asked if I needed help. Yes I can't find valve cleaner. His response aisle 6. Yes, I was in aisle 6 I can't find it. Crickets!! No joke I'm trying to help my husband who is blind. I told him that and still crickets. I'll order online from now on. Thanks for the great customer service!

Well stocked auto parts store. Prices are good.
