O'Reilly Auto Parts

Visited October 1st..see my receipt. I went to this location that is located in Oroville. I like O'Reilly because they are friendly and I also accrue points towards purchases! I needed a new battery for my fob and Rachel was super helpful with helping put the new battery in. I also got the oil additive (2 for 8 dollars) which is an amazing deal! Next time I will probably get my yearly windshield wipers in which they install for free. Good job and friendly service!

I needed a battery and I needed them to install it. They were very helpful. Explained what size was required and even tho they were super busy, one of the workers came out to install it after just a few min. He knew what he was doing and I was outta there in a flash. Very pleased!

Had to replace the 12v battery for my 2014 Ford Fusion in a pinch. When I called Autozone they had me on hold for 20+ minutes, I hung up and called O'Reilly's and they helped me right off. They had the battery in stock and the best price (still pricey, but it is everywhere). Got down there and was helped by Adrian, absolutely great guy. The install was a bit of a pain but Adrian took some time to help me out and was a life saver. Great experience overall for something that was an unexpected cost and inconvenience, but Adrian and O'Reilly's saved my week. Thank you Adrian for your help!

Very helpful auto parts technicians. Extremely knowledgeable. And they'll assist you. I bought wiper blades for my truck today and they asked me if I would like them to install them. I immediately took them up on the offer! That's great device. And they always have any party I need in stock
