Helpful staff for sure. Way better than that crap hole "auto zone" much more polite and willing to help at o'reillys. O'reillys will explain the problem, and in my experience autozone will almost make you feel stupid for not knowing. Or be condescending. Not at O-O-O-O'REILLYS.... AUTO PARTS!

Went to O’Reilly’s on the west side. They said they could help me with the battery and to put apart back on the battery for me, but they have any batteries there so I had to go to the Oshkosh on Murdoch. He got the battery refused to help me and told me to go to the other store for the help Not happy whatsoever. I probably won’t go to the one on Murdoch anymore rude and lazy.

This is the place I go to if I need a car part in a pinch. They are less expensive than they other car parts retailer a few parking lots over. The lads there are friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service exceeds 5 stars. I earn rewards for shopping here, too.

Not sure who I was helped by but they were more helpful than the dudes at bergstrom sadly....who didn't want to give me any information on my code and gave me obscure sentences like "itll probably be good to drive on" "i dont think its something that will leave you stranded" until I paid/rescheduled for a diagnostic. I had pretty bad anxiety over my check engine light, but the staff that helped me at this particular O'Reilly was amazing!
