Joseph couldn't have done a better job helping me with my situation. Like a pro, without any hesitation, he jumped right on it and we figured it out. He wasn't bothered or anything; he was just willing to help. I recommend O'Reilly's just because of their customer service

I would give no stars if I could. I own a business in the state of Arizona. And came here to visit my nephew in the intensive care unit at desert regional. Upon arrival, my serpentine, belt tensioner broke and I walked 33 minutes to this store. The heavy set guy standing in the aisle. See me, walk in and had me standing at the counter. For way longer, then I anticipated while he and the female employee argued over who was going to help me. After I started walking out, he decided he wanted to help me.I told that's okay.I don't wanna put him out. I went to autozone and found what I needed and a cheaper price anyway

I had a misfire on my vehicle and went to store #4665. The manager trini and Jose were extremely helpful. They recommended a coil pack replaced an they recommended a mobile mannic an got my coil pack replaced was extremely happy with the service will go back again thanks trini an Jose p

I tried to return a product that was not needed afterall. I paid cash for item but misplaced the receipt. The item was 13.99. I entered Store and Joseph immediately helped me. He was friendly enough but said they couldn't return product without receipt no if ands or buts. I know this is probably a chain issue due to the massive amounts of theft. I've been a dedicated customer and the size and weight of the item will tell you it's near to impossible to steal this 13.99 item. No credit, nothing was offered to me. I left the item with Joseph anyways because I have no need for this item. I know it's not his fault but because of this interaction I will only do business with Autozone next door.
