Customer service was great. Multiple employees offered to help me. No waiting in line to get waited on. Knowledgeable about all parts that I came in to purchase. Even offered to meet or beat competitor prices. They beat competitor prices by 20.00. Thank you oreillys!

The store manager went absolutely above and beyond today to help me. I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get my car to a point I wouldn't have to worry anymore. In just one hours time he turned all my worry into a fix and got my car up and running. I have never been treated so well by someone I don't even know. I will never go anywhere else for any mechanical needs. If you see this thank you so much

This location has always been our favorite. Today we did see them more times than we would have liked, but it worked out well in the end. We went in first thing to get brake parts and we were sold the wrong ones through a miscommunication. I don't blame them at all, it just ended up making the day a bit longer than hoped. But after finally getting all of the right parts, and Charles being absolutely amazing, this is still our favorite location.

Joe was an absolute legend. I was looking for a part and I it was supposed to be an ordered part but he able to finagle one for me same day while I was still in store.

Saved the day! My sister accidentally locked her keys in her car, and we needed help fast. The entire staff at O’Reilly was incredibly helpful and kind, making sure we had the right tools to get her car unlocked. They turned a stressful situation into an easy one. As a lifelong resident of Paw Paw, this is the only auto parts store I’ll ever go to. Highly recommend!
