Hi my name is Mike . I shop at this particular location frequently .. The staff here is totally awesome .. You treated with the up most respect ... I have no complaints at all .. But one thing for sure that nice young lady Monica , it's a very good employee does her job to the fullest ... Whatever her pay none of my business , But as far as I'm concerned she deserves more !!

I have been looking for a specific car battery for the past week. O'Reilly's to the rescue. Between the staff the customer service absolutely amazing! Thank you again for the customer service. Stopped by quickly to get some new screws for my license plate and Kenny was so kind to come out to my car and fixed the issue completely. Truly appreciate his kindness and expertise! Also, kudos to the Manager Monica Freyre for excellent customer service all around. I will be back!
