Our daughter's car wouldn't start after getting gas.Jason and Terry from store 6272 went and jumped the car so she could drive over to get a new battery. She was on the road coming home for Christmas. They were great! We so appreciated them going the extra mile to get her back on the road.
Unfortunately I had to buy a new battery on Sunday but luckily I was able to utilize OReillys free battery testing. Stan was friendly and helpful, he installed my new battery and wiper blades! It was an effortless experience, I appreciate having them in town. The store was very clean also.
Getting very pricey. Great crew.
Traveling for Christmas, and had purchased a set of wiper blades at an O'Reillys two hours back, they weren't functioning correctly. Stopped in, David was extremely helpful. First switched them out, no questions asked. Eventually just replaced them with a completely different brand. Back on the road, working correctly again. Thank you David and Toni for the quick work and exchange process. Merry Christmas!
Very nice clean store. Helpful employees and decent prices. Glad to have them here in Pittsfield.
