Just dealt with kat the manager and she saved my day looking up battery’s I bought 6 months ago. This is the customer service that will keep me coming back opposed to advanced auto parts! Will be my home store moving forward! Thanks again!

Had a great experience with Manny and Logan. I had a car battery emergency and needed to have it replaced - they very kindly helped me buy and install the new battery, with only 20 minutes before closing time! Great service, I am very grateful!

I bought a battery from Walmart, they were unable to put it in my car. I went to AutoZone and Advanced auto parts because I didn’t buy it from them. They wouldn’t put it in my car. But when I called O’Reillys desperate, they had me come down so they could take a look at it . O’Reillys has been phenomenal, Ray was the most help in the world and put my battery in super quick, Thank you guys so much!!

Went here to get parts was given the wrong parts multiple times. Counter guy manny was very rude and inexperienced. If you go here ask for anyone other than manny. Preferably Darren he’s a great guy knows a lot and very respectful.

I enjoy coming here. The staff is always friendly, always good about helping me figure out what I'm looking for. Prices are typically less than the other parts stores. Highly recommend
