Evan was so helpful. I thought I knew what I needed for my headlight replacement, but he suggested we double check my car & sure enough, it was a different bulb that I needed! While doing the replacement, he showed me what he was doing and gave great instructional tips. I mentioned something that had been bothering us about the car and he talked me through two different ways to solve it! Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous!!

Had a rough day and then car trouble, but when I showed up at O'Reilly this amazing gentleman helped walk me through the steps I needed to get my truck running probably again. His name was Jason (I believe, but he wore an Army Ranger hat) and he took time to double check that I had the right fluids, including helping me in the parking lot. What a legend! Cheers for the amazing customer service and I appreciate the assistance. Going above and beyond, that's why I drive past 4 other auto parts stores to get to O'Reilly's.

I didnt see a name tag but the gentleman who helped me had an Army Ranger hat and he was so helpful, he changed out my wipers in the freezing cold and was super polite even though I got the wrong ones initially. I absolutely recommend this place.

Its ok. Prices vary in savings from competitors. Many items cost just a bit more. Service was fine but confusing. Has anyone been asked for their license plate to identify a car? Or told they can't buy a part without disclosing personal information? I did. I questioned and refused, still got my part. I called another O'Reilly store to question this activity, they were as mystified as I was. Be careful out there!
