I couldn't be happier with O'Reilly Auto Parts in Plaistow. I needed a rear wiper. An employee named Guy was more than willing to help me find the correct blade and he installed it as well! What more could I ask?

Love going to this Oreilley's store, staff is great and the customer service is superb. Way better than autozone, all my homies love Oreilley's.

The person whose name is “guy” is a total creep. making comments about me while I was cashing out he wasn’t even my cashier. He calls my boyfriend and minors handsome I’ve whitenesses so much from him surprised he isn’t on the S.o list.

I went in to get wiper blades. The store manager, Desiree, dropped what she was doing and looked up what I needed. I asked for her opinion on what to get. She showed me her preference, which surprisingly wasn't the most expensive set. Then, she rang me out and went out to my car and installed them! This is what customer service is all about. Desiree earned O'Reilly a loyal customer today.

Please do not waste your time coming to this store if you work for Indiana transport, our company has over 3000 drivers never had a problem to used my business account in the whole U.S but this lady is really rude told her my employee number and she still didn’t wanna help me out with some filters I need it for my truck. Horrible customer services.
