O'Reilly Auto Parts

I came in today for a faulty battery that I had purchased from O'Reilly in 2024. The guy inside (I believe his name was Tyler) was wonderful. He pulled up my purchase history, saw that it was still under warranty, and put in a replacement for me. I am hoping this battery works out better, but I appreciate O'Reilly's and Tyler for looking out for their customers. Will return. Great service.

Lonnie (sp?) Lonnie was the nicest the most amazing person. He actually took all of the time that I took of his time to get me the right windshield wipers and actually filled my car with windshield wiper fluid and just took his time and was the nicest the most efficient and the most knowledgeable person that I could’ve run into that day I just stopped in just to check in to see if I needed a new windshield wipers and he sure did take care of me.. And I have to say this in a good way there were people behind me, but they were patient and he took care of me first and foremost like I said he took my old windshield wipers off put my new ones and filled my car up. Took care of me, Good he’s a good employee. I hope I run into him again when I need my struts.

Disgusting customer service! My daughter purchased a car battery and then Trey flat out REFUSED to install it!! He said it was too cold outside for him. Yet fully expected 2 females with no tools and no experience changing a battery to do it themselves!! Being as the car was DEAD, he then had his CO-WORKER go outside to jumpstart their car so they could leave. In all that time he could have changed the battery himself or at the very least had the co-worker do it. Needless to say I asked for a refund. Yes. I asked for it. Because she called me (in Texas) upset not knowing what to do! While on speaker phone he had the gall to LAUGH at the situation.

I returned to like three sets of brake pads here actually four and they did the return on those I couldn't believe it thank you O'Reilly's they're from like 2001 and 1997

Everyone at this location is always so helpful. And today I came in and needed a new blinker, and Tyler was nice enough to come outside in the 90 degree heat and change it for me. Keep up the amazing customer service!
