Jess and the new lady were great. I had a mess but the wheel bearing and they know exactly which one to order.

Inaccurate scanners, high prices, long lines, dirty windows and dusty shelves. Staff has decent knowledge of cars, Alex M. is the most helpful here. I came in to have my impala checked for alternator issues and the scanner proceeded to tell me it was the starter but ran the test 3 more times and it came back good. Starter still working fine to this day. AutoZone prices are so much lower, only going here if I have to.

Sunday February 22 4:45pm one employee is on a personal phone call talking about quitting, another says they can't find my parts I ordered online...I'm here at my pick up time. Horrible service.

Shy helped me so much she was the sweetest !!! Walked me through everything this girl knows her stuff !!!!

Waited for service forever as staff just hung out in the back. Ordered parts for the following day, call that morning and was told they were in. Get there and they loss the order it was delivered to another store, was called back hours later to say their other store didn’t have either and they would call back once it was located. It’s been 8 hours. Still no call. I went to autozone website, ordered an it was delivered to me in less than 30 minutes.
