O'Reilly Auto Parts

Went to O’Reillys tonight to return a battery and a employee saw me carrying it across the parking lot and ran out to carry it in quickly, exchange the battery and insisted on carrying it to my car for me. Great customer service! The name on the ticket was Mike so thank you Mike!!

How to exchange parts. Our fault. New parts were correct. But one of the parts was missing Hardware. We'll go back to exchange. Will update on the exchange. 30 minute drive to the store:-(

I told them i had a bad battery, the guy tested it and said nope, and argued with me. They told me I needed a $550 starter. It was only the battery. All this technology and it was wrong along with the worker.

Never received acceptable service at this location. The employees always had terrible people skills.

Wow!! Definitely nothing less than 5 stars!!! I have used O'Reilly's in Pryor on several different occasions and I can honestly say hands down best auto parts store!! They not only give advice but also will give their opinion on what they would do themselves if it was them. Always friendly and respectful even to females. They enjoy what they do and it shows! I for one absolutely appreciate all they do!! Mike Griffin went above and beyond today 7/30/2025 to help fix the AC in my mother in laws car!!! He gave me his honest opinion and made sure everything was taken care of!!! Big shout out to O'Reilly's but more so to Mike G!!! Thanks for always being the best!!!
