O'Reilly Auto Parts

The manager refused to pro-rate a battery for me that was clearly an O'Reillys battery with a date sticker within the year. I just bought the vehicle so no, i didnt have a receipt, but youd think theyd be inclined to help out. They rely on it being the only auto parts store in ramseur, but just do yourself a favor and go to either advance auto parts in asheboro; they are always helpful and eager to make your life easier. On top of that particular bad experience, I cant tell you how often this O'Reilly's has given me wrong or bad advice - Its almost every time. Id give them zero stars if i could.

I had to find a screw driver set and I have always trusted O'Reilly. I went in the store is well layed out, very clean, organized. The counter personnel were very friendly. I was able to find what I needed quickly. And check out was very quick.

Really nice people to deal with!!! I purchased a peak back up camera on 7 14 19! Stoped working about 10 days after the 90 day warranty ran out!!! O Reilly's had nothing to do with it just sorry product!!!
