Autozone sucks! O'Reilly's is awesome! I went to an Autozone and they were really horrible. I walked in and 4 or 5 guys were behind the counter and didn't acknowledge my presence at all. Finally one guy goes to the register and doesn't say anything to me. When I walk up he was rude. I just walked out and went to this O'Reilly, and they couldn't have been more professional. As soon as I walked in they said "Welcome in, be with you in just a sec." They were so nice I told them what had just happened. They assured me they would fix my key fobs and said they do it all the time and they had heard other customers complain about Autozone. After they replaced the batteries, I went to pay and they said no problem it's on us. When you need something in the future, think about us, we'd love to see yo

Went in today for an air filter. I’m being kind when I say that the guy behind the counter was “less than helpful”. I went back in to O’Reilly’s, after initially exiting to head to Napa Auto. The manager made it right, without me having to ask them to. Turned a 1-star review into a 5-star review. This store’s employees should take notes,. That’s “old school” customer service, the kind that isn’t taught corporately anymore. It has to be mentored by someone who still cares ;)

O'Reilly impressed me with its cleanliness and organization. The store layout made finding what I needed a breeze, and the staff provided excellent service, helping me with everything I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Walked in for a battery and only two gentlemen were available. They did a great job taking care of us. One in the store, Hayden and the other gentleman outside changing car batteries one after another, Tristan. Hayden was very professional, calm and found what we needed right away. Tristan was able to attend us right away after changing multiple car batteries. These guys deserve recognition.

Robert, is very knowledgeable, and attentive person. Other places where struggling to find a new battery for a BMW suv and he got us the exact one that we needed! 👍👍
