O'Reilly Auto Parts

My apologies for being late with this review, but I had misplaced my note where I had jotted down the Rayne store # and the young man's name that helped me with my car battery issue on August 24, 2025. My car had left me stranded in Jennings as it apparently had a dead battery. I thought that I had purchased the battery from O'Reilly. After going to two other O'Reilly stores and one other auto parts store to have my battery tested when my car first started leaving me stranded on August 11th, all three stores said my battery was good, and that perhaps the starter button was going out. I had a cruise planned in two days and was not able to have my vehicle checked before leaving the state. Once, I returned, 10 days later, it would not start. The store and Rayne Louisiana Monica that works in commercial is very rude I asked her to deliver my parts to my address and she said no she is the only one that gives me trouble about delivering my parts she has caused a few jobs to be late because she has a vendetta against someone anytime I have went into the store she was there gossiping about people very unprofessional and should not be in the position she is in

We've dealt with many OReilly stores across louisiana and they're always good but this is the best we've dealt with. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They remember our usual orders and call when we order something different to make sure we really ordered it or it was an error. They also call to let us know when something will have to be delivered and won't be available within the end of the work day. They have saved us and our customers so much money and we are grateful to be able to have them in our business relationships.

AMAZING SERVICE! I came rushing in 5 minutes before they closed on a Thursday night to check my battery which just died. After testing my battery and seeing how bad it was, Joshua was so nice and changed my battery without making it seem as though it were a hassle. I am so thankful for the amazing service and people!

The staff here is amazing (especially Josh, he was very friendly and helped me with everything while also being professional), stores always clean and everybody's very helpful. I wouldn't go to any other O'Reilly's in the area and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
