Kenny helped me put new windshield wipers on my car today and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the experience. He made sure I got the best deal available and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was polite, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. What really stood out was how comfortable he made me feel. It honestly felt like my dad was helping me rather than a stranger. That kind of kindness and integrity is rare these days. If you get the chance to work with Kenny, you’re in great hands.

I needed windshield washer fluid and needed assistance opening my hood and putting it in. Mike was amazing and polite and took care of my dilemma. I can't express my appreciation. I am in my 70s and truly needed help. Went to auto zone and the fella told me no he couldn't help me. Learning experience ! No more autozone! Thanks again Mike. Great service!

Shout out to the older, thin, gentleman who serviced my request today, I believe his name was Chris, going by the name on the receipt. I was looking for a gas cap for my vehicle and he thought he might be out of stock as he had personally sold the same cap but he offered to go and check his incoming stock which had not yet been shelved and, sure enough, my particular cap was in with the other parts. That is what I call excellent customer service, when he could have just as easily have said he was out of stock (which is what his inventory showed) but did not. I will not hesitate to stop by this location again when I am in need of an automotive part and hope I get this gentleman as my cashier. Thank you, Chris!

Went in to grab something for a family member. I wanted to put it under a specific account that I know he has with orileys and Mike who was at the register was super disrespectful and wouldn’t spell the name back to me to make sure just because we “wouldn’t get the discount anyways” I’ve never had an issue with any orileys and this account. Very disrespectful and kept cutting me off.
