Usually we have great customer service here but today not at all. we needed a radiator and he kept telling us that we should upgrade to what he recommended. we didn’t want to do that. then he questioned if we had other parts. we do and just want what we want. then said that we would have to pay freight on the radiator because they didn’t have it. We said that was fine and again asked for the price. he said “call customer service” and then walked away, ISN'T YOUR JOB CUSTOMER SERVICE? i cannot believe how rude this guy was the whole time we were there. DO BETTER it’s literally your job. he just wanted to take his break and go sit in his truck on his head set.

Very helpful here! I was looking for a catalytic converter cleaner and didn't really know much about what I was looking for. The gentleman explained which product to get, how it worked, and what to expect. It was a good experience and I learned something new, without feeling patronized. I'll be back to this store again!

A+++++ customer service, couldn't have been any better. I had to get oil for my 26 ft box truck, I am a female with short people problems lol, therefore I asked if they could bring out their step ladder so I wouldnt have to climb up and down the side of my truck, the young man was so polite and brought it out for me and even helped me open the bottle . Very helpful and kind.. Thank u for the amazing customer service and going above and beyond to make things easier for me..

Very nice, very cool. Guy helped me get windshield wipers on to my car after the previous owner chicken wired some different kind of wiperblade to the wipers all janky. The wipers together were 65 dollars which i thought was so much but it was a lot cheaper than auto zone at least and the wipers actually work amazingly, gonna help a lot this winter!!
