A parts store that doesn't have Philips head screwdriver for you to borrow because it is only parts store that doesn't offer assistance on small repairs that most do in parking light Wiper blades or bulbs..... At least that was my experience....

My "go-to" favorite parts store . Barry is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! If you have a question, they can almost always answer it! They build any size hydraulic hose needed too!!! Best parts store in Reidsville

If you have to deal with Barry at this location, go somewhere else. He has the worst customer service attitude ever, he's not helpful, and acts like it's a problem for you to be there. Doesn't offer any help with an issue and he cost me more money buying parts than he should. I have a commercial account and he never does what he's supposed to do for the customer. I'll go elsewhere from now on and I've been a loyal customer for many years at O'Reilly.

Nice ppl very helpful & always a variety to choose from. Don’t usually have what I want so it had to be ordered but it was always there the next day.

Associate was very helpful, knowledgeable. We got everything we needed and the service was quick. In and out without any problem. Would recommend this store. Also easy access right off Scales St.
