I see other reviews say that the employees didn't care but I came here to write my review because these people genuinely cared to help me. They may not have been the typical fake type customer service but they were patient and went above and beyond to help me with my car trouble. Big shout out to the woman and man who worked there. Nothing in life is perfect but they still gave a 10/10 effort

I don't normally write reviews, yet I have to because of how helpful Fares was. One of my headlights went out and I needed it replaced. He took me to where all of them were and explained to me the difference between them. He truly cared about my safety while driving. As they are not commission there is no reason to sell me the most expensive items, yet he showed me why it would be better. I was confused as to whether or not I should get something and the fact there was no pressure as to buy it or not was refreshing. Whenever I need something for my car, I make the trip to THIS O'Reilly as they have always been helpful in getting me the right things for my car. There was something about Fares and the way he was which made me want to thank him for what he did.

If you can ask for Yaya or Jr to help you then you will not be disappointed. Great professional and knowledgeable people. We deal with them everyday. Thanks guys.

Great experience with Junior and Yayre! TOP KNOTCH customer service!!! i will not use another Auto parts store for what i need. Give these guys a raise!!!
