Great service, very helpful staff. We were replacing a turbo oil seal and kept finding bad parts. They helped us find replacements. The store was clean and well stocked. Would recommend them to our friends.

Visited store to purchase a battery and Robert has the worst customer service ever. He did not want to do the courtesy check on my car battery and alternator and walked away leaving me standing there. He was on the phone with his girlfriend yelling and took it out on me the customer. I went and purchased my battery else where because I felt threatened by him. I will not return to o'reilley's again. I called and spoke to Sam the manager to let him know. I will be calling the corporate office next!!

Guys that worked here were really nice and helpful. They actually came up to me and my boyfriend while another helped my mother and asked us if we needed help. Along with that, the man gave us honest reviews (not promoting the most expensive stuff but the products he knew very well and had good feedback on). Very helpful.

Five stars given because usually they have the part that I need. On one occasion a young lady that works there was hesitant about replacing a light bulb in my car. I don't blame her sometimes little jobs turn out to be really big deals. 😊👍
