O'Reilly Auto Parts

Fast check out, had everything I needed.

If I could do negative stars even that would be too much of a positive thing. My husband ordered a part that was told would be in by lunch time. He heard nothing. Followed up. No part yet. Ok so still nothing by 2 pm called again still nothing. Finally closer to 5 he had to call again and oh yeah your part is here. Then the guy told him he’d help him when he arrives. No such help. Was told they’re closing soon while my husband is in the parking lot. 8:30pm after calling several people to come help he finally gets the right tools he wasn’t told about for this part and gets his part on and heads home. Worst customer service and inconsiderate employees. People who work in customer service who don’t care for people blow my mind.

Great parts store. The staff is very friendly and most are very knowledgeable. They also have a commercial aspect with parts delivery. Most items are in stock at pretty great prices. If there's something that isn't on the shelf, they can usually get it the very same day or next day.

The service at O'Reilly's in Robert,La was outstanding. I've been to a lot of auto parts stores, but this particular store takes the cake. It was like I went to highschool with these people. They were so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed,and made sure I didn't buy anything I didn't need. They bent over backwards to give me the best price. No one could match the price nor the warranty that they were able to offer me. The store was clean and very organized. I'm not saying that other O'Reilly's I've been to were not up to par, It's just something about the positive atmosphere in this store that really made shopping enjoyable. Check it out when you get in that area. I'm sure you'll be a satisfied customer also. You can feel the honesty there like the honesty you feel if you went

Ned, the Manager, was very insulting when I spoke to him. Acted as if I had no knowledge of what I was telling him about my battery, and was trying to sell me a $300. part I did not need. I spoke with Tony, the Assistant Manager who was very helpful and assured me I did not need the alternator just a full charge of my battery. He's the best, I've dealt with him on many occasions with other cars at other O'Reilly's before his transfer to here.
