O'Reilly Auto Parts

This was the worst experience I have ever had. They were slow not enough people to wait on people. We asked if they could put a windshield wiper on they said yes then said I watched a you tube video on it. Omg u go to auto zone to advance auto they do it no problem no questions ask they are so wiling to help but the other employee at o’reilly said no we are not suppose to do this for customers. I will not shop there again this was a very bad experience.

I ordered a fuel pump this past Monday and the store got it in at the time they said it would be there. Kane a sales man there not only was helpful with the transaction but also went above and beyond and gave me a ride home. I am truly grateful. Thank you

Had to go there twice today and had great service both times

Just popped into O’Reilly’s and got served by Caleb, who’s basically the superhero of auto parts now. Not only did he know exactly what I needed, but he also wore that O’Reilly’s hat like it was made for him—10/10 style points. If you’re looking for parts and a little friendly expertise with a side of hat envy, Caleb’s your guy. Honestly, I’m half tempted to come in just to see the hat again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
