O'Reilly Auto Parts

It's a pretty good auto supply store, and the female I spoke to on the phone early in the day was very helpful. But, the guy(Zach) who was working at 5:30 p.m., was not exactly "on the ball". There was a customer who had been waiting 15 minutes before I came in, while Zach was all the way in the back with another customer(isn't that a liability?), looking at a bunch of hoses. I called out to see how much longer, and I got, "just a few more seconds", And "I'm the only one working right now." I think Zach's customer service skills need to be "upgraded". At least I was able to get what I needed off the shelf without Zach's help, but he didn't offer the O'Reilly "price match" when I went to pay. But, at least I was able to get in & out fairly quickly after he got to the sales counter.

Super helpful staff! They went beyond just selling parts and helped my wife through a quick trailer wire repair so she could continue her journey.

Patient and knowledgable staff. Most if not all the employees have a great amount of experience and are more than willing to help you and answer any questions they can. I informed them a few years ago I bought an old chevy truck. They took it upon themselves to order parts for the truck without me having to ask. Effectively eliminated the wait. If they don't have what you need you can get it in the store by 1pm

Was there this week. Shane, Sean, was great. Younger kid didn't know as much, LOL, not His fault, but Asst Mgr KNEW, a Ford Man! Finally got part needed.
