We love shopping at O'Reilly in Rusk. The store is always clean and organized. Leslie and Shane are always so helpful!

Call O'Reilly in rusk 2 times. First time a woman answered and hugup. I called right back a man answered and he said they had it. I drove to store went inside and he said they would have to order it. I told him I just called and a man said they had it. I guess the only part store around that don't lie to you is Napa.

My headlight went out so I stopped at O'Reilly's in Rusk, TX. Super friendly staff. The manager, Leslie, went above and beyond the call of duty. She replaced the headlight in the pouring down rain in no time, all the while being friendly and courteous. Great store, great staff, great experience! Thank you Leslie!
