Huge shoutout to the team & management at O’Reilly on Fairson Ave in Salisbury, NC! After searching all day for ice melt for the predicted freezing rain & upcoming ice storm with no luck, I ran into an O’Reilly team member at a gas station who went out of his way to help me. He tracked down the last 4 bags at one of his stores and had them ready for me to pick up within 20 minutes. It’s rare to see this kind of dedication to service. They’ve definitely earned a customer for life!

The manager Matthew was very helpful with finding just what I needed from a blurry youtube clip to help open my trunk with my locked keys inside it worked in 2 mins saved me $300 on a locksmith

Brad is Very polite and helpful. He displayed Awesome customer service which is rare these days.

Needed a part for a vehicle cooling system that broke. Wasn't available anywhere. **Dylan** found us a universal part. It took him a while searching for the right size connector in poorly labeled packages. He did it! This was the third place we visited and he made it happen on a Sunday. Excellent service on the west side!

Randon was great when I stopped by today. He assisted with my issue without even a purchase. A small thing for him but huge win for me.
