Michael at this location is an absolute pleasure to work with. I have gone many times here and each time he greets me with kindness and a professional demeanor. He also promptly solves my issues and does so at fair prices. I highly recommend this auto parts store and to work with Michael.

I had such a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Michael, who was an absolute lifesaver. I went in needing several things but honestly had no idea what I was looking for. Michael took the time to walk me through everything patiently, explained what I actually needed (and what I didn’t!), and made sure I left feeling confident instead of confused. He went above and beyond — even carried everything out to my car for me. Exceptional service like that is rare these days, and I really appreciated his kindness and knowledge. I visited the store at 4687 S 900 E one evening and bought a wiper. When I got home, I had problems getting the existing wiper off to do the replacement. Well, no problem, because the next morning I went back to the store seeking help. Onne and Jeff helped me out and I was on my way in no time. Jeff also remembered me from the night before, was happy to help AND remind me that they do that sort of thing - install wipers, free.

The O’Reillys in West Valley city have been awesome! I don’t know much about cars, and they were very helpful to me in solving my car problems. I really appreciated their service! Definitely went above and beyond!!

Literally the best O'Reilly's I have ever been in. Michele was kind, helpful, and non-judgemental. She even taught me how to do the things I was there. She's an absolute life saver and I appreciate her efforts. 10/10 will be returning whenever I need something
