That older lady should not be answering phone . Called put me on hold for 10 mins answers then hangs up on me. I walked in 2 mins later since I was on my way and told her someone hung up on me and she proceeded to give me attitude . I guess me calling with a question was enough to piss her off or something . Switch jobs if you don’t line your job or work on the back

I went this location where Brandon helped me right from the start he clarified everything for me in a great and polite manner replace my items for the correct ones going back and forth tonthe back of the store and never rushed me he was more than helpful he did go beyond to make sure I'd do the job right the first time. Thank you very much Brandon.

I’ll keep it short since the whole process was long and tedious. Went to get a new battery and an employee tried to put it in my car. Ended up killing my car and hours later, I had to get my car towed. Cost me over $500 in damages. Got in touch with the store and they claimed to have footage of the employee not being at fault. They never showed this footage to me. If employees don’t know what they’re doing then they have no business putting batteries in a paying customer’s car. At the very least, be professional and wrong your right by compensating that customer.
