Steven was amazing! I was in a bit of an emergency with my Audi and it needed some coolant it was 8:45pm and they closed at 9 and I just have to say thank you to Steven who had the coolant ready for me and saved the day!

I like the fact they're open late, and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Went into O’Reilly today on Milpas and had a great experience. Steve, Gabriel and Adrian were all super helpful and knowledgeable. The store is lucky to have all three of them. Give them a raise

Great guys that really no their stuff very impressive. This guys you can find them on Monday to Wednesday. Not the same guys. And other guys , I went on a Thursday before eight and were already closing. Horrible, when the sign said 9 pm closed.

Not often you have to give reviews at auto parts stores. I had a battery under warranty that I had to return. I was sorta expecting a hassle, Emily behind the counter was so pleasant and professional! I have a broken foot, immediately brought out the old battery and dropped off the new one! I am impressed! In this age of terrible customer service, I will be returning!
