I asked Alfredo if they had magnetic bowls, he said yes and took me to them and showed me my options. Which shows he has excellent customer service! Once I explained why I needed it he went and got me a promotional item. I walked out of there super excited. I definitely would recommend this O'Reilly Auto Parts store. When I need to make future purchases, this is where I will spend my money! Thank you, Alfredo, for making my day!

I received a call from Nelva informing me that my parts were ready for pick up and when I arrived at the store, she was there to make sure I received my ordered parts. I was having issues with my truck getting hot and leaking antifreeze, I called O'Reilly's and Nelva helped me over the phone, she told me the part that I needed to fix my truck was available at the store.
