I had a sudden and unexpected emergency with my coolant, and Kevin was able to assist me in testing the radiator with water and looking for leaks. We did not see any initially, but soon after leaving the shop, leaks began to show themselves. Kevin was incredibly helpful and provided this small service for free. At least now I know what is going on. Thanks!

Stay away from O’Reillys in Santee not friendly at all. There are cigarette butts all over the entrance of the store. Jeremy at the counter is not helpful at all and rude for having customer service job. Went to return an item that I did not need and he shorted me money and he said can’t do anything about it and walked away and said call back on Tuesday when the manger is in.

No staff to help, the man was not nice I felt uncomfortable because he couldn't smile or greet, didn't feel like customers are appreciated. Rude.

I just want to say thank you Kevin for helping me with my windshield wipers placement for my 2,07 Avalon I am very pleased 😁
