O'Reilly Auto Parts

I bought a battery today & the guy that sold it to me said put it in. We'll not true. He kind of jerked my old battery out then had trouble getting the new one in. Because he didn't get the bracket that held the battery in tighten up & the negative cable connector was loose my car died on the gym parking lot. I had to take it elsewhere & the mechanic i took it to said the person that put the battery in bent the connector & stripped the screw that held the connector. This cause me alot of trouble & anxiety. I'm scared to drive my car. I feel O'Reilly should refund me my money on the battery cause if they don't know how you install them they install them. I'll never use them again.

I would never buy a battery there if you need a battery , if you do you better keep receipt and don’t send somebody else to get it, they refuse to warranty a less than one yr old battery, any place besides here is a better choice, I’ll never purchase anything from them again all over a battery

Went in for a radiator cap and touch up paint for some custom emblems. Greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. Great store , can’t recommend enough. 1992 f150 ford 300 inline 6 truck.

Good place everything is over priced but have great customer services everyone very friendly and helpful . And seem to always have what you need so good place over all

The people at O'Reilly Auto parts never cease to amaze me. A+ Customer service!! They continue to go above and beyond to help me solve my problems anyway they can. I cannot express how thankful I am to have such an Amazing Oriellys Team in Sapulpa! (What I was looking for wasnt on the shelf. The employee helping me, searched the shelf again to confirm it was out of stock or maybe misplaced, and then looked in the back just in case. Sure enough! He found exactly what I was looking for.)
