I had a blown fuse and even tho they were busy, Ean changed out my fuse and fixed my car!!! He had amazing customer service and was such a gentleman!!! Thank you Ean!!!

Very helpful. Patient with my MANY questions. Sold me the exact parts. They even loaned me the 2 tools I needed to put the new spark plugs I. Right in front of their shop! Great people, in my opinion. We are not even from the area. They knew we were visiting the local casino. Good to find honest people. Way to go O'Reilly in seneca!

Seneca by far has the best customer service for O'Reillys auto parts. And I would like to give a shout out too John and Ken you 2 have been beyond helpful the last few weeks. Keep up the great work.

I was very upset because I had gotten road tar on the side of my car, and I don’t mean just a little bit, so I went to O’Reilly’s in Seneca to see if they sold something that would take it off. After Devin looked at my car, he said he wasn’t sure since I had so much on there, but he said let me try something. He got, I think, Sap and Tar Removal from the shelf to try. It worked! Devin ended up taking ALL the tar off! Both of the employees were very nice to me, but I especially appreciated Devin for cleaning my car!

great place, staff was very helpful , i was going thru town but needed a gas cap as i lost mine at the last refill i did , item was in stock and purchased within minutes of ariving out of the blue
