Five stars is not enough. My daughter and I both agree that they deserve five thousand. They went above and beyond to help me out when my spark plug went rogue. It was more than just average, friendly customer service. They were kind and helpful and caring, and I could not possibly thank them enough for helping me out. From the bottom of my heart, they are proof that there are good people in this world.

The new manager Sarah is very helpful and knowledgeable! She personally helped me with a hard to find part and priced matched it so it didn’t break the bank. Her staff is super friendly and totally awesome!! This is the only parts store for me!!!! ❤️

Went in tonight to buy blinker bulbs. Asked one of the teenagers nicely if he could helps us find where the right place was to change the bulb. At first he was like I can go look but I’m not sure if I can. I asked him if he could get someone that actually could without skipping a beat he (alejandro) turns around and says I’m sorry we are not allowed to do that anymore. So my wife and I went outside found the knob to turn to get the old bulb out and in the process 3 of the front cashiers come outside to help a Hispanic male with his vehicle which irritated me because the gentleman had just told me they aren’t allowed to help anyone anymore. Make that make sense to me please!!!

I called to see about checking my battery, and when I got there, the girl checked my battery, the starter and alternator, as well. They definitely do go above and beyond their call of duty. Just a great place to go for auto parts. I highly recommend it if you need something for your car or truck.

Needed to change my brake light bulb. They told me the only option was to replace the whole entire light assembly for at least $140. YouTubed it and was able to buy the bulb from Walmart for $6. Very unprofessional experience.
