I stopped into this store at 15 min to close needing a battery, Graham was nice enough to install it for me even though they were about to close, now that’s what you call excellence in customer service!

Live nearby and hoped they had a thin wall socket to fit a nut for my son's bike pedal. Thought it was a long shot. At first no luck, so we looked for a thicker nut. Next thing I know, One of the managers, Ethan is helping my son fix his bike with tools on hand and making sure it was on right and tightened down with a bit of thread locker!!! Ethan, you made our night. I already come to buy parts from you-- but tonight reminded me that customer service and just good people in general is not dead!

I was helped by Will this morning and did he know his information. Very insightful as well as friendly and accommodating. O’reillys is very lucky to have a such a welcoming employee!
