Went in to purchase a battery for a car. The one they brought out was already a year old. I questioned it and he said the warranty will cover if it doesn’t work. They didn’t have another. I was in a pinch and paid them the $225. Get home. Won’t start. Had to jump. No big deal. Drove around a while. Dead the next morning. Tried to put on a charger and wouldn’t hold a charge. Had to get a refund and go to Walmart. Bigger. Better battery with an extra year warranty was $180 out the door.

Walked in and said, “Hi, how are you doing?” to the three teenage boys in conversation, and proceeded to be ignored. We decided to go to Napa instead. It was probably one of them that did the lame peg leg burnout in the parking lot.

Nice place to get parts 👍 No really, they have nearly everything on hand, can order nearly anything else you mite need to fix your stuff... Same day availability if yer order is Early enough 👍 Lots of great tools as well 🥸

Run by teenagers who are unprofessional and have only the most basic knowledge of cars. I have to help them find even the most basic parts in their system, while they one finger type in parts numbers. If you go in the evening it’s a hangout where they discuss only fans girls, use excessive foul language in front of children and neglect the overflowing trash can outside. They also huff and puff about even the most basic requests, like alternator testing, battery testing, etc. Go to NAPA instead. A place run by adults, that know what they are talking about, and don’t need to know if it’s 2WD or 4WD to sell you windshield wipers.

Amazing experience! Had amazing help AND had extra help with all my questions and was even helped back to my vehicle to ensure I was OK and everything met my needs and what I purchased was correct. The gentleman that helped me was outstanding! Thank you O'Reilly for employing those that truly care about their position!
