These guys at the Bedford Pennsylvania location under the leadership of Adam are awesome. Word can not describe are amazing they are. Thank you very much team for getting me back on the road after stranded for long time. My alternator died on my truck and they were like 20 minutes away from me after calling bunch of vendors they came to my rescue, they delivered my alternator and boom am back on the road. Thank you very much guys.

Adam M helped me over the phone and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He didn’t waste any time figuring out exactly what I needed and made the process smooth during a stressful moment. Small world — he mentioned he went to school in Clarksville and we’re around the same age, which was a nice personal touch. Customer service like that goes a long way, especially when you’re not even able to come into the store. Big thanks to Adam M and this location. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had to stop here mid travel because our windshield wiper fell off. The assistant manager and his coworker were both very kind to our situation and let us ensure we had the right wiper. Thank you again for helping us during our holiday travels!

Bob is the greatest! Had a heater hose blow at 1:45pm on 10/2/22. Luckily we made it to Sheetz beside Oreilly in Bedford Pa. Bob helped get us back on the road and was a welcome bit of humor in a less than funny situation. With any luck I'll never have to stop in again, but if I do I'll ask for Bob!
