Stopped into the Erie Blvd. store today on my way home from another errand...and on a whim. I first dealt with Eli who listened to my questions and helped me pick out a battery cleaner and some wire brushes to clean up my battery terminals. He also helped me with an engine air filter and priced out some replacement rotors and pads...informing me of a current promotion on the rotors and pads. He came outside to show me how to install the air filter....I told him I was going to do it myself...and he just did it for me-it was that simple. He also cleaned up the battery terminals for me so now I know how to do that. I asked for the free battery test they advertise and he went back in to get the machine. The dealer told me the other day it failed on their machine and that the battery was

I had gone into the store to purchase a fuel pump. In talking with Joe, I made it clear to him I was looking for a Acdelco fuel pump, the pump itself. He brings up in their system a Acdelco part that states "fuel pump". In looking at the computer I told him I don't see the pump here. He tells me it may just not be in the picture but their computer states "fuel pump". I asked him if he had a number to call and get more information, no he said. Asked me if I wanted it ordered. I told him only if it came with a fuel pump, otherwise not. I went to the store to get the part when it came in. The first thing I did was open the box, took out the part, no fuel pump. I said to Joe, "where is the fuel pump, there is no pump here". That was the point in ordering this, you told me the fuel pump goes
