This morning driving from NC to SC a deer ran out on 26 and hit the front right side of our car. I was able to get off the interstate and to your O'Reilly's store. Manager Guy came out to assess the damage then fixed the underneath to keep it from dragging on the road and get us back on our way. Guy helped make a bad situation better with his kindness, knowledge and assistance! I highly recommend this business!

Went in to get a dash light and battery checked. First guy was "already closed and couldn't help me". Another guy came and I explained what was going on. He had trouble getting the hood of my car open and then trouble with the stay bar. Checked the battery and was told it was bad. He said it only indicates good or bad battery not if it just needs a charge. Says nothing else and walks into the store. I did go in because I guess I needed a new battery. He brings up options, I chose and paid. He went to install the battery. He said i don't know how to install your battery, you have a lot of wires. Do you know anyone who could install it for you? I said no. He fumbled around and got it in. My car started and got me home, but I don't know if it was done correctly. People who don't know much abo

I went in for headlights and needed help. The manager whose name is Guy helped me out big time! I couldn’t figure out how to put my new headlights in and Guy stood out in the rain helping me!! Great customer service I will forever be going back to this store personally.

Legit as usual. Inflation has caused it to be less fun to visit though with higher prices than anyone wants to pay but that's everywhere now!

Manager Guy was great! Bought 4 year battery for wife's Tahoe and put in for me! Highly recommend!
