I stopped in to get a couple parts to supplement a purchase from one of their competitors. I needed a buss to connect my ground wires to in a rewiring project I'm in the middle of. No matter how I described it, broke it down, or how many pictures I showed, the sales associate just couldn't comprehend......even with exact pictures! He kept trying to sell me a generic ECM. I finally decided I could go home and make one quicker.
I do most of my parts buying here they have a great performance section unlike competitors locally. Also I think the parts are better made. And I have found things here I couldn't in other shops.
I love this place normally but went in to have my alternator tested and he didn’t do it right and said it was bad. I had it checked elsewhere and it was fine. I’m already on a tight budget as a single mom and almost ordered it, they’re not refundable. Thankfully someone told me not to
