Really helpful staff, helped get a new battery and replaced it for me. So grateful with how they handled my situation.

I stopped in because both of my headlights weren’t working. Not only did the worker get the correct headlights for me, he came out and changed them and explained why they burnt out. Someone had touched them with their bare hands and the oil can make them blow out. Excellent service!

Decently friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only bad experience I had was receiving an order I had placed online for a dash cam. When I picked it up and got it home I discovered the mounting bracket was broken. Took it back to the store and was given some parts from another package, which I later discovered was also broken. When I went back for the third time, they just took the product back and issued a refund without trying to replace the broken product. I did not ask for a refund, I just wanted a functioning product that I had payed for.

Group in storm lake do a decent job. I get the basics for maintenance here.

June 3, 2022 6:23pm At the Storm Lake location, the young lady that helped me over the phone (Britney) was very helpful, also when I picked up the supplies. On the other hand, the man (did not catch his name) behind the counter did what seemed to be his best not to serve me. i.e.- repeatedly (5 times) mis-entering my phone number (repeating it back to me incorrectly each time) as I repeated it more clearly, looking in the wrong place for my order when I could clearly see it, then not wanting to ring up my purchase when Britney brought it to him.
