I recently stopped by here to get some stuff for my car. The employees were all knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy to purchase more than what I need. Their location is always super convenient, which makes them a consistent option.

Koltun helped my parents out today and really went above and beyond. It really touched them and he really helped them on a stressful day. Would ask the managers give him a raise. Great kid! They are lucky to have him working there.

Absolutely terrible experience. Staffs are very unprofessional and lazy. They didn’t check thoroughly and provided the wrong size product. They were going to install it for me when I called but after I bought the psi it, no one wants to do the installation so I almost left but I checked online and realized they gave me the wrong size so I need to return it but I had to wait almost 45 minutes, only one other customer was in the store. Several guys were at the back but they didn’t help. No ownership of incorrect product either, just not caring and staffs seem to be on the phone a lot chit chatting and joking about random stuff. Advance Auto Parts down the road are so much better. I’m never coming back here again.

One of the best places I ever went to, not because of what was done but the customer service and the ABOVE AND BEYOND measure of Koltun was way more than you can think of. Not only did he help me and really fix my truck himself, but wouldn’t take a payment of any kind (UNREAL). As a father of 3, I’m sure his parents are proud of him just bc he is a really cool standup guy. Definitely a great place bc, the co-workers manager the stairs while he ran in and out to assist me ….. Donuts coming soon guys on me

Visited 3/17/25….. Someone give Eddie a redbull! Very poor customer service and definitely on something. Thank goodness Troy was there cause he’s the only one that knew what to do and was very helpful.
