Dennis saw me carrying my old car battery towards the store and met me with a cart so I did not have to carry it the whole way then proceeded to ask what I needed and checked me out quickly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very thankful for this customer service! Thank you Dennis! Customer service kindness is truly rare these days.

Cory was so friendly and helpful It was right before closing and he was still patient and helpful he replaced both headlights I was so grateful because I was traveling

Above and beyond helpful!! 3 individuals were working Tuesday, November 3rd at 8:30pm. I was referred to the Erie Blvd store because they had the part needed and was close to my home. They researched where the relay was, and after finding the correct one, installed it and also checked my battery. It was very cold and I believe they were past closing time. Sadly, I did not get all employees names, but all were friendly. From the new guy in training, the female assisting and getting the store ready for closing, and to Von - determined to get the task completed!! Only one thing I'd like to suggest: Get some music playing in the store! I think it makes people shop more! 😄

O'reilly's is a beautiful store. It's just so clean and large and bright. And it has everything not to mention all kinds of helpful services, and helpful associates. ( They will actually tell you what you don't need as much as what you do need!) I am supremely impressed with this new store and it's a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
