My husband is deployed right now and i had to go buy some new wipers and headlight bulbs. I have never had to change anything like this by myself before, so i was kinda nervous. Dutch helped me find what i needed for the car AND even installed everything for me, in the rain at that! I definitely appreciate him taking the time to help me find what i needed and even installing my bulbs and wipers.
Awesome customer service! Tony was very helpful, polite and even put the tow ball i purchased on my hitch for me! Thank you Tony!
Wife was stranded at a store in Tabor City,N.C. and called O'Rileys for a battery and would they put it in for her. The guy she talked to said she would have to take the car back to the manufactor to install her battery in the car. IS THAT STUPID OR WHAT.
Dutch and Jeremiah were extremely helpful and I got answers to every question I asked
Fantastic customer service, great store atmosphere, very clean store. Nice variety of extras.
