Terrible service. Most of the people who work there are incredibly rude and impatient; it's like you're asking them for a favor, when it's simply their job to serve you. We should be more aware and speak out more so that these kinds of stores, which have a pretty extensive monopoly, practice more courtesy.

First time at this location and they had everything I needed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, more than one associate asked me if I needed assistance. I was in and out within a few minutes but I was very satisfied with my visit. Keep up the great work.

Jay was a great help. Had a coolant leak, but they had to order the part. I was over 300 miles from home and needed to get back before the part would arrive. He put together a band aid as he called it. I was so impressed with what he put together and drove as he instructed me. To my amazement I did make it home so I can order the part locally and get my car fixed as it's suppose to. Thank you so much Jay. A++++. You don't find help like this very often. I wish my location had this kind of knowledge and skill working here.
